Pour une première épilation et surtout une première expérience chez l'esthéticienne je suis déçue. Je m'attendais à un accueil chaleureux vu le lieu. La personne qui m'a reçue n'était apparemment pas au courant de mon rendez-vous alors que je l'ai fais via le site. Je m'attendais à quelques questions sur mes précédentes épilations ou autres surtout que c'était ma première fois. Je n'ai eu aucune explication sur le déroulement, pas de réelle communication avec l'esthéticienne. J'étais plutot gênée. Le travail est efficace mais un peu fait à la sauvage, sans communication encore une fois. Emballez c'est pesé.

Mary and I sometimes had an interesting time trying to communicate, because she speaks Italian and a bit of French, and I speak English, German, and a bit of French, but we got there in the end. The service was friendly, efficient, and thorough.
